We perform Level II safety inspections to ensure the safety and performance of your fireplace and chimney system. By inserting a video camera inside of the chimney flue, we are able to determine if dangerous conditions exist. If issues are found, our competent and certified professionals will work with you to find the best course of action on any repairs that are needed.
Cleaning/Sweeping
Although a clean chimney doesn't necessarily mean a "safe" chimney, it is a step in the right direction. Regular cleaning and inspection is necessary for the proper maintenance of your fireplace/chimney/stove etc. With state of the art dust abatement equipment alongside rotary cleaning tools, you can be assured that your system is as clean as possible while your home is protected. This also insures the best image quality during the inspection portion of the cleaning service. We also service Gas Fireplaces!

My experience with this business is top notch. I can't say enough good points about Idaho Fireplace and Chimney! He saved me! My only heat source in my home is my wood stove. I was told by another fireplace company in Boise that I couldn't install a new wood stove, it wasn't possible to replace my existing wood stove (pretty sure they didn't want to do the work and just sell me a pellet stove). Richie made it happen. I got a new stove and new liner and for a reasonable price. It was probably more work than he realized, but he was gracious and polite and professional. He made happen what SEVEN other companies said they would not or could not do. Thank you so much! I'm so happy and I want your business to thrive and I know it is...because you are the best in the Valley! Hire them today for an inspection/cleaning. Had I hired them years ago to inspect or clean my stove, I probably would have found out sooner the problem I had and not wasted a bunch of time on other companies.

Ritchie worked for a family owned chimney business out in the Kansas City area for nearly 10 years. As his family grew, there was a desire to return home and live close to family again. After researching if he could transfer to another certified company in the area with the same high standards for service he valued in Kansas, he discovered that none existed. It was this moment that the idea was born to start a company that could provide a professional level of service to the area that he grew up loving.
Fast forward a year, and he, his wife Meagan, and 3 kids sold everything and made the 1400 mile journey from Kansas City to Meridian Idaho. Meagan is the office manager . He is currently the only certified technician within 200+ miles and enjoys life more than ever.
