Certified Video INSPECTIONS

The Chimney Safety Institute of America recommends annual inspections for fireplaces and chimneys. If you own a home with a chimney and/or fireplace and need an inspection, you have come to the right place.

We use specialized camera equipment to inspect the interior of your chimney to insure its safety alongside a visual inspection of all other parts of the system. Photos are taken as the inspection progresses and are compiled into a comprehensive report at the time of the appointment. If items in need of repair or replacement are found during the inspection, we educate the customer on what the issues are and provide options for solutions. The full color report is left with you for your records and a scheduled time is arranged for the completion of any needed repairs.

Gas Fireplace / Insert Servicing

Our gas fireplace and insert servicing is unparalleled. If your unit is having issues lighting or staying lit, or the glass is dirty etc, our servicing is up to the task. A good cleaning and inspection typically solves 90% of the issues these types of fireplaces struggle with.

The servicing involves: disassembly, thorough cleaning of all reachable surfaces, voltage tests, gas leak test, performance adjustments, and reassembly. Keeping a gas fireplace clean and corrosion free is the key to reliable and safe operation.

At the end of the service, the issue will either be resolved or we will know what part(s) need replacing to restore your fireplace to its former glory. No mess, no worry.
